John P. Knox, CPA - Mr. Knox has practiced as a Certified Public Accountant for over 35 years, maintaining his business in southwest Portland. He focuses on individuals with diverse income sources, small to medium sized business clients and tax preparation for estates and trusts. Mr. Knox is a graduate of University of Oregon.

Debra Randall-Dimone, CPA - Ms. Dimone offers the business owner over 30 years of tax experience in public and management accounting. She believes in maximizing cash savings with tax solutions. She is a Certified Public Accountant licensed in Oregon, and held licenses in Washington, and Florida. Ms. Dimone is a graduate of Black Hills State University in South Dakota. Debra has instructed for continuing education courses in Oregon and is a regular speaker on planning your business structure for the best tax advantage.

Karen Coddington, LTC - Ms. Coddington became a Licensed Tax Consultant in 2009. She's been a practicing LTP since the year 2000 and takes at least 30 hours of continuing education toward her certifications every year. She is a Notary Public and has vast experience in the overall operations of a thriving CPA practice since 1997. Her strengths lie in the ability to retain large amounts of detailed information, while applying it in a timely and accurate fashion.

Lorraine Herr - Labovitz - Ms Herr is in process of becoming a licensed CPA in Oregon. Ms. Herr brings over 30 years of experience working with a variety of firms from startups to Fortune 500 corporations to KDL. An expert at formulating strategies that guide businesses to success, she focuses on innovative solutions to budgeting and cash flow and the creation of wealth by asset management. Ms. Herr completed her BA at Concordia College in New York, and has taken extensive graduate work at Utah State University focusing on financial management of the small business. In addition, she sat for Certification in Financial Planning with the College for Financial Planning in Denver.

Carla Richesin - Ms. Richesin has over 15 years experience in business bookkeeping, in addition to graphic design and the visual arts. A key member of the creative portion of our team, she specializes in graphic production, Web site design, videography, and digital photography. Ms. Richesin has an AA in Graphics Reproduction completing her undergraduate work in Portland, OR.
